Specific Case FAQs

Whitley, Jordan, Inge & Rary, P.A.

Welcome to Whitley, Jordan, Inge & Rary, P.A., Attorneys and Counselors at Law. We are glad that you are here and, if hired, we will make every effort to provide you with the service and representation you want and deserve. We have established these Frequently Asked Questions to give you more information about what you should expect from us and to give you an idea of what to expect from your situation. These FAQs are not comprehensive, but cover the most frequently asked questions. First, a couple of rules that should guide your search.

  • Rule #1

This is not a comprehensive guide. Please come meet with us or call us to discuss your specific case!

  • Rule #2

We need a copy of all the paperwork you received when you were arrested. Additionally, we need a copy of your driving history, which means we will need your social security number, driver’s license number, and date of birth. If you live outside NC, you need to provide us with at least a seven-year driving history.

  • Rule #3

A law degree from Google Search University does not qualify you to practice law in North Carolina!  Please disregard anything you hear from other people, friends, the internet, or otherwise. Every case is unique and facts/circumstances that apply to one case may or may not impact your specific case. Each judge has their own unique way of viewing different cases.
