Jacob Rush is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses primarily on estate planning and estate administration. He assists individuals and families with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed preparation, and probate matters, helping clients plan for the future and navigate the administration of estates with confidence. He also represents clients in criminal, domestic, and select special proceedings matters.
Jacob joined the firm in 2022 as a law clerk while attending Campbell Law School and became an Associate Attorney after being admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 2025. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, where he developed the discipline, integrity, and commitment to service that continue to guide his legal career.
Jacob's Christian faith is central to both his personal life and his practice of law. He strives to serve every client with honesty, compassion, and integrity while providing practical legal guidance through life's most important decisions.
Outside the office, Jacob enjoys building and racing cars, spending time at the race track, and working on performance projects in his shop.
